Fullerton Joins In The Ignorance

While it almost seems ridiculous to continually repeat the same message, it is notable that cities in California are just not giving up on the idea that it is okay to ban something that has been declared legal by the state.Fullerton is the latest offender here, and this article in the Daily Titan is a pretty nice example of noting how hypocritical the whole thing is.

I’m pretty certain that these stories will continue for quite sometime. Municipalities apparently like the idea of ignoring State law, and there really isn’t any enforcement here. The Compassionate Use Act appears to be sandwiched between conservative city councils making up new municipal laws, and, of course, the Feds, who make far too much money in their “War on Drugs” to ever stop.
